Terrible service. After submitting my order I heard nothing. After 2 weeks and still nothing (they advertise 5-8 days ship time), I contacted them to cancel the order. A month later they send my order, and finally answer my emails saying they can't cancel the order and it will take weeks to get a refund. Even after showing them the time-stamped emails to their customer email they still claim I didn;t send anything. No apologies or explanation, just two months of them holding on to a large amount of my money and nothing to show for it.
