I ordered shoes on 2nd September, thinking I have 365 days for possible return, because that's what was written on the website. This month I decided to return them, unused, originally packed, but the shop refuses to accept it, telling me JUST NOW that their return conditions have been changed on 1st September and actually it's now just 60 days - but NOBODY has informed me anywhere about this HUGE change and surely that was not mentioned on their website either at the time of my purchase. The shop clearly failed to fulfill its own responsibilities which is to inform customers about suddenly shortening the return time by 305 days. This is completely unfair towards me and I can say that this is my worst experience with an online store I have ever had. The customer service is very bad as well, it's very hard to get any response, especially in such situation.
